REFRESH is a procedure of permanent makeup, when you need to update a previously made Permanent makeup in our studio! Usually, updating is necessary after 1-2 years, but with oily skin Refresh may be needed after 6-7 months. This is the same procedure as the primary permanent, but comes at a discount. Sometimes after Refresh correction is also necessary!
